Solvent based and Water based.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Due to the high cost of export DG goods, we only take orders that is at least one 20ft container. But for normal goods, we will also accept LCL orders.

How do I know the quality?
You can send us your samples before you place an order. We will test if our ink can be printed perfectly on your samples first. We have been in this industry for nearly 30 years so our quality is reliable.

Shipping Term
We accept FOB and CIF terms. If you have a special request, we can discuss it. We have a complete shipping system and you can leave everything to us.

Requirements for Gravure Inks
Gravure inks are composed of solid resins, volatile solvents, pigments, fillers and additional agents. It does not contain vegetable oils and its drying method is most of the most volatile type.
According to the characteristics of gravure printing, the prints should meet the following quality requirements.
Monochrome gravure prints with bright, medium and dark tone levels that are well defined, coordinated and delicate. Clear and complete grid points. The plate is even and neat.
Color intaglio prints: bright, medium and dark tones of the image are well defined, coordinated and delicate. Natural and harmonious colors. The grids are clear and complete, with accurate angles. The outline of the image is clear and the overprint allows for error.
Printed appearance: clean, even layout, no obvious dirty marks. The position of the image and text is accurate. The printing splice is basically the same color tone, the size error of fine prints is no more than 0.5mm, general prints are no more than 1.0mm and the overprint error is no more than 1.0mm on the front and back.
